We order enough pizza to ensure each child is given 1 full slice, or 2 half slices.  For older kids, we order extra. Pizza included in the package will only be given to children.  If you are concerned about kids wanting more, or serving for the adults  you are welcome to order extra pizza off of our catering menu.

You are welcome to bring in a cake or any desserts. However, any other food must be ordered through us. No outside food is allowed, besides cake or desserts. For parties, no chips or snacks, unless included in party favor bag.

You may arrive 15 minutes before the start time of your party. Party rooms might not be available at the start time of your party and will be set up by the front desk when they become available.

We allow balloons (must be inflated prior to arrival), one banner (must be assembled prior to arrival), ceiling streamers, table cloths, plates, napkins, cups. Absolutely no confetti is permitted. We do not inflate balloons, they must already be inflated when you arrive.

No, party rooms are only available to guests during the last 30 minutes of the party. We have a coat closet and chairs at each attraction for guests to be comfortable. Front desk staff will set up decorations prior to your party entering the party room.

No, party rooms are assigned based on the number of children you have attending, we will try our best to accommodate extra adults but nothing is guaranteed.

Each attraction is private to you at the time it is reserved for your party. There could be other parties in other areas of the facility, but they are not in the same area as your party. For example: your 30 minutes in the maze is only for your party, but there could be a party in another area (laser tag, bounce houses, party room). The arcade is a public space, and can have a mix of different groups. If you would like the whole facility private to your group, please consider a rent out.

The final balance for the package and additional items is due prior to starting the party. We require a final headcount 2 days before the party. You will be charged for 2 guests less than your total, prior to starting the party, in case anyone doesn’t show up. If everyone shows up, you will be responsible for the remaining balance at the end.

The $150 deposit is non refundable. You may change the date and time of your party and transfer the deposit.

For laser tag all kids must be 5 and up in order to play. No exceptions. Parents are only allowed to enter the arena with a vest on, for safety reasons. For Active and Ultimate Active Play packages you are responsible to pay for any kids 1 and up.

Yes, socks are required in the Maze and Inflatable Fun Zone. Sneakers are required for all other attractions.

A 10% gratuity will be added to your package price. If you would like to leave extra for the staff for a job well done, you are welcome to.
