1. Is there an admission fee to get in?

No. Active Kidz is pay as you play! You will however need a PLAY CARD to participate in our attractions and for arcade games.

2. What is the BLAST PASS?

Active Kidz uses an advanced debit card system that gives you access to our attractions. There is no charge for your Blast Pass. Your card does not expire but any amount on the card cannot be refunded or exchanged.

3. Can we just come in and play?

Yes. Call ahead to check our hours of operation and to find out which attractions are open to the public.

4. Can I bring in outside food or drinks?

No. We have a snack bar which offers pizza and a variety of refreshments during walk-in play. For parties, the only exception is a birthday cake. We can provide you with menus to order additional food for your adult party guests. We can also accommodate any special dietary needs including kosher food requests. Paper goods will be provided with your food order.

5. Are socks or sneakers required?

Yes. Socks are required in the Maze and Inflatable Fun Zone. Sneakers are required for all other attractions.

6. Does Active Kidz have gift certificates?

Yes. Your BLAST PASS can serve as the perfect Gift Card for a Birthday or holiday.

7. Are there any height or age requirements to play?

Yes. You must be 6 years old or 48 inches tall to play Laser Tag. This rule is strictly enforced.

8. What forms of payment do you take?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX (We do not accept Discover) and cash. We do not accept personal checks for walk-in guests or for the balance due for your party.

9. Is a deposit required to book my party?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required at the time of booking.

10. Can I reschedule my party?

Yes. You may reschedule your party to the first available date and time if your child gets ill or there is inclement weather. You will be responsible for any food orders, cake or other charges that cannot be cancelled.

11. What time should my guests and I arrive for my party?

Tell your guests to arrive when the party time is set to begin. You should arrive 10 minutes early prior to your scheduled party to check in with your party host.

12. When do I need to let you know the final head count for my party?

We will need your final count 5 days prior to your party along with a written list of the first names of those children who will be participating.

13. Will I be charged for small children?

Yes. There is a charge for children of any age who participate in any of the activities.

14. Can a parent play Laser Tag?

Yes. For Laser Tag parties a parent/guardian must sign a waiver when they arrive at Active Kidz. For Open Play, a waiver must be signed to participate in all Active Kidz attractions.

15. Is my party private?

Yes. Any attraction you choose will be closed to the public.

16. Is each guest required to sign a waiver?

Yes. For Laser Tag parties or Open Play we require the parent/guardian to sign a waiver giving their child permission to participate when they arrive at Active Kidz.

17. Are decorations or balloons permitted?

You are allowed to bring in your own balloons or you can buy latex balloons from us. We do not permit tape or tacking decorations to the walls or confetti.

18. Are gratuities included?

No. Gratuities for the staff are appreciated for a job well done.
